Welcome to Raido Bike Taxi (“Raido,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a service operated by Quantum Raidotech Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the usage of our mobile application, website, and services (the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Safety Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.
2. About Raido
Raido is a technology-based ride-booking platform that connects passengers with independent driver-partners who provide bike taxi, auto, and cab transportation services.
Raido is NOT a transportation company—it is an intermediary as per the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Raido.
- You must have the legal ability to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- Users providing false information may face immediate account suspension or legal action.
4. Terms of Use
By accessing the Raido Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Hacking, reverse engineering, bypassing security, or interfering with the Platform.
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating someone else.
- Attempting fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or misuse of promo codes.
- Uploading harmful files, malware, viruses, or scripts.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing drivers or support staff.
- Using the Platform for unlawful or prohibited activities.
- Attempting to manipulate fares, GPS location, or ride completion.
Violation may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, or police involvement.
5. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account using your valid mobile number. You are responsible for safeguarding your OTP login credentials.
Any activity conducted through your account is considered your responsibility unless proven otherwise.
6. Services & Platform Operations
Raido connects users with drivers for transportation services. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operations due to:
- Network issues
- Technical failures
- Weather conditions
- Driver availability
- Traffic or government restrictions
7. Payment & Pricing
All fares are shown in ₹ INR.
The final ride fare may include:
- Base fare
- Per kilometer charges
- Per minute charges
- Waiting charges
- Toll, parking, or government fees
- Surge pricing during peak hours
- Taxes as applicable
The user agrees to pay the fare shown before ride confirmation. Failed or disputed payments may lead to temporary restrictions.
8. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop locations.
- Wear helmets during bike rides for your safety.
- Respect drivers and avoid abusive or violent behavior.
- Do not carry illegal or hazardous items.
- Comply with local traffic and safety regulations.
9. Driver Obligations
- Possess a valid driving license, registration certificate, insurance, and PUC.
- Operate the vehicle safely and professionally.
- Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle.
- Follow Raido policies strictly, including accepting/ending rides on-app only.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Riders and drivers may cancel rides for valid reasons. However, frequent cancellations may lead to penalties or temporary blocking.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to our Refund Policy.
11. Insurance & Safety
Raido provides accident insurance cover through partner insurers for eligible rides.
Riders must use:
- Helmets (mandatory)
- Seat belts (for autos/cabs)
Users should report any unsafe behavior immediately.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
Raido complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect information such as:
- Name and phone number
- Location data
- Device details
- Ride history
- Payment information
Our usage of personal data is fully described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, designs, app features, text, graphics, and technology belong to Quantum Raidotech Private Limited.
Unauthorized copying, editing, or distribution is prohibited.
14. Limitation of Liability
This section limits Raido’s legal liability.
- Raido is not responsible for injury, death, or accidents during rides.
- Raido is not liable for delays, cancellations, or route inaccuracies.
- Raido is not responsible for driver misconduct or third-party behavior.
- Raido is not liable for payment failures or banking disruptions.
- Raido is not responsible for loss of belongings during rides.
Platform is offered “as is” and “as available”. Users assume all risks.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Raido and its parent company harmless from any legal claims, fines, damages, or disputes arising due to misuse of the Platform.
16. Service Interruptions
Raido may temporarily suspend operations for maintenance, technical upgrades, or emergencies.
17. Third-Party Links & Services
Raido may contain third-party links such as payment gateways and mapping services. Raido is not responsible for their performance or privacy practices.
18. Suspension or Termination
Raido reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent behavior
- Abusive conduct
- Multiple cancellations
- Violation of these Terms
19. Force Majeure
Raido is not liable for performance issues caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government orders.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
