Transparent, Safe & Reliable — The Raido Way

Welcome to Raido Cabs & Auto. Please read our terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities while using our services.

1. Introduction

These Customer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Raido Cabs & Auto services (“Services”) provided by Raido Bike Taxi through its platform (website and mobile app). By booking a cab or auto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and related policies including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Users must register with valid contact details (name, phone number, and email ID).
  • By creating an account, you agree to receive communications (SMS/email/notifications) related to your bookings.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Cab and Auto rides can be booked through the Raido app or website using GPS-enabled location services.
  • Bookings are confirmed once a driver accepts the ride request. Driver and vehicle details will be displayed in the app.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and operational conditions at the time of request.
  • Users are responsible for verifying ride details before starting the journey.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Fares are dynamically calculated based on distance, time, traffic, demand, and applicable taxes.
  • Users can pay via cash, UPI, credit/debit card, or Raido Wallet.
  • All digital payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • Receipts are automatically generated and available via email or app download after each trip.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Users may cancel rides through the app before the trip starts.
  • If a driver has already reached the pickup point, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
  • If a driver cancels without reason or fails to show up, the user will not be charged.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed as per our Refund Policy within 3–10 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information to ensure timely service.
  • Respect the driver and maintain civil conduct during the trip.
  • Do not carry hazardous materials, illegal substances, or engage in unsafe behavior.
  • Ensure payment completion at the end of the trip (if not prepaid).

7. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers must behave professionally, follow traffic laws, and ensure customer safety at all times.
  • Drivers must keep their vehicles clean, well-maintained, and properly insured.
  • Drivers are prohibited from demanding additional payment beyond the displayed fare.

8. Safety & Security

  • All Raido Cabs & Auto rides are GPS-tracked for safety and transparency.
  • Users can share live trip details with family or friends through the app.
  • Both riders and drivers must comply with safety laws, including helmet use (where applicable) and seatbelt use in cabs.

9. Delays & Service Interruptions

  • Raido is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of a breakdown or cancellation, Raido will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative ride.

10. Lost & Found Policy

  • If you leave belongings in the vehicle, please contact our customer support immediately.
  • Raido will make reasonable efforts to recover lost items but is not liable for loss or damage.

11. Insurance & Liability

  • All vehicles operating under Raido are required to have valid insurance as per Indian Motor Vehicle laws.
  • Raido acts as a digital intermediary and does not own or control the vehicles.
  • Raido shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ride usage.

12. Prohibited Use

  • Using the app for illegal activities, harassment, or fraudulent bookings.
  • Providing false information during registration or payment.
  • Attempting to interfere with app operations, data, or drivers.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Raido reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found violating any company policies.
  • Repeated cancellations, non-payments, or misconduct may result in blacklisting of the user account.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Users are encouraged to contact our customer support for any ride-related disputes or billing concerns.
  • Unresolved matters shall be governed under Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

15. Policy Updates

Raido Cabs & Auto reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
