Welcome to Raido Bike Taxi! Please read our terms carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent ride experience.

1. Introduction

These Customer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Raido Bike Taxi’s website, mobile app, and services (“Platform”). By booking a ride or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies such as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use Raido Bike Taxi services.
  • You must possess a valid mobile number and a verified account on our platform.
  • By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Ride Booking

  • Users can book rides through the Raido Bike Taxi app or website.
  • Once a driver accepts your booking, ride details (driver name, vehicle number, ETA) will be shared with you.
  • All bookings are subject to driver availability and service area coverage.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, surge pricing (if applicable), and prevailing taxes.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, debit/credit card, or Raido Wallet.
  • All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
  • Raido reserves the right to modify fare rates at any time without prior notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

For ride cancellations, refer to our detailed Cancellation Policy.

  • If a user cancels a ride after driver assignment, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
  • If a driver cancels a confirmed ride, the user will not be charged any fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds for eligible cancellations or failed payments are processed within 3–10 business days.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Users must ensure accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Riders must wear a helmet during the ride (mandatory as per law).
  • Users must not misuse the platform, harass drivers, or engage in unsafe behavior.
  • Carrying illegal items or substances is strictly prohibited.

8. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers are required to maintain professionalism and ensure the passenger’s safety at all times.
  • Drivers must not demand extra fare or take alternate routes without user consent.
  • All drivers are background-verified and trained in safe driving and customer handling.

9. Safety & Conduct

  • Raido Bike Taxi follows strict safety standards including real-time GPS tracking and driver verification.
  • Both riders and drivers are required to maintain respectful conduct during rides.
  • Any reported misconduct may result in suspension or permanent account deactivation.

10. Limitations of Liability

  • Raido acts solely as a technology platform connecting riders and drivers; we do not own or operate the vehicles.
  • We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or losses arising from unforeseen circumstances.
  • In no event shall Raido’s total liability exceed the ride fare paid by the user for the disputed ride.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the app for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Providing false feedback or fraudulent refund requests.
  • Attempting to hack, copy, or manipulate Raido’s platform or code.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Raido reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
  • Terminated accounts may lose wallet balances or promotional credits if misuse is proven.

13. Privacy & Data Usage

Raido collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Raido Bike Taxi platform are the exclusive property of QUANTUM RAIDOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • For any dispute, users must first contact our support team for amicable resolution.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be governed under Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

16. Policy Modifications

Raido Bike Taxi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app.
