Welcome to Raido’s corporate mobility program. Please review these terms to understand how our enterprise transportation and billing services operate.

1. Introduction

These Corporate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all business and enterprise service agreements between Raido Bike Taxi (“Raido”, “we”, “us”) and any company, organization, or authorized representative (“Client”) utilizing our corporate ride or billing services.

By enrolling in or using Raido’s Corporate Account or Business Transport Program, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Corporate accounts are available to registered businesses, organizations, and government bodies in India.
  • Clients must provide valid company credentials, GSTIN, and billing details during registration.
  • Authorized representatives must have written approval from the company to create and manage the corporate account.

3. Corporate Account Structure

  • Each corporate account includes an admin dashboard for employee ride management, usage tracking, and billing overview.
  • Multiple sub-accounts may be created for employees or departments as per company policy.
  • Admins are responsible for managing authorized users, limits, and ride policies under their account.

4. Ride Booking & Usage

  • Rides can be booked through the Raido app or corporate portal using registered business accounts.
  • Corporate users must ensure rides are taken strictly for official or approved business purposes.
  • Raido reserves the right to audit account usage for compliance and fraud prevention.

5. Billing & Payments

  • All billing will be consolidated under the corporate account on a weekly or monthly cycle, as agreed in the contract.
  • Invoices will be generated automatically and emailed to the corporate contact person.
  • Payment is due within the agreed credit period (usually 7–30 days from invoice date).
  • Late payments may attract interest or service suspension until dues are cleared.
  • All payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved corporate channels.

6. Fares & Pricing

  • Corporate fares are based on distance, time, and service type, as per the mutually agreed tariff plan.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable GST and government levies unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Raido reserves the right to update fare structures based on fuel prices or operational factors with prior notice.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must comply with Raido’s standard Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of account privileges.

8. Employee Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Employees using corporate rides must follow Raido’s Customer Terms and conduct standards.
  • Corporate clients are responsible for the conduct of all authorized riders under their account.
  • Any misuse of Raido’s services by employees will be billed to the corporate account and may result in account penalties.

9. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All corporate and employee data is handled in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • Raido will not share client data with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
  • Corporate data (ride reports, usage logs, billing details) is stored securely with restricted access.

10. Insurance & Liability

  • All vehicles under Raido are covered by mandatory insurance as per Indian Motor Vehicle laws.
  • Raido acts solely as a digital intermediary connecting riders and drivers and does not own the vehicles.
  • Raido’s total liability in any case shall not exceed the invoice amount of the disputed ride or service.

11. Service Availability

  • Raido strives to provide 24/7 service coverage in operational cities, subject to driver availability.
  • Unavailability due to force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions) will not constitute a breach of service.

12. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate the corporate agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
  • Raido reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of terms.
  • Upon termination, any outstanding dues must be settled within 7 working days.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through mutual discussion and negotiation.
  • In case of unresolved matters, jurisdiction will rest with the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Amendments

Raido Bike Taxi reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Corporate Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or official notices on the Raido corporate portal.
